Wilkes County man pleads guilty to child sex crimes, sentenced to 15-23 years in prison

WILKES COUNTY, N.C. (WGHP) — A former pastor who was arrested and charged with several child sex crimes in Wilkes County last month has pleaded guilty.

In June, Timothy Clinton Pruitt Sr., 72, was charged with three counts of first-degree statutory sex offense, three counts of indecent liberties with a child and three counts of sex act by a custodian.continue reading …
