Large power outage reported in Liberty as North Carolina continues to take hits

LIBERTY, N.C. (WGHP) — Over 2,000 have lost power in Liberty as the result of heavy rainfall caused by Tropical Storm Bertha moving north from the Gulf Coast on Thursday morning.
