Wilkes County man pleads guilty to child sex crimes, sentenced to 15-23 years in prison

On Tuesday of this week, an indictment was handed down for those charges.

Then on Wednesday, Pruitt pleaded guilty to the indecent liberties and sex act by a custodian charges, and also pleaded guilty to the lesser charges of statutory sex offense with a child by an adult.
