‘Today we mourn, tomorrow we organize’: Demonstrators demand accountability after latest ICE‑linked deaths

LOWELL — Rain fell steadily outside City Hall on Saturday afternoon, but roughly 50 people stayed put, holding soaked signs that read “Stop ICE terror” and “Full and equal rights for all immigrants.”

One sign rendered the word “ICE” as part of a swastika, the symbol associated with the Nazi Party in Germany.
