Former Venezuelan dictator Nicolás Maduro and his wife, Cilia Flores, made their third appearance in court on Wednesday before U.S. District Judge Alvin Hellerstein. While cameras were not allowed inside the courtroom, witnesses say they were dressed in tan prison uniforms and were not shackled in any way, according to Fox News.
