Fitchburg City Council votes in favor of changing state flag and seal

FITCHBURG —  The City Council voted unanimously to support changing the Massachusetts flag and seal due to them being insensitive to Native Americans, making Fitchburg the 89th community in the commonwealth to vote for the change.
