ANDREW Tate is set to face a court hearing on extradition to the UK today after a dramatic arrest over 38 new rape and sex crime charges.

The self-proclaimed misogynist, 39, and his brother Tristan Tate, 38, were seized by US Marshals in Miami on Saturday.
