Nearly 5,000 gallons of raw sewage overflows in east Raleigh near Neuse River

RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — Raleigh city officials said Wednesday that nearly 5,000 gallons of raw sewage overflowed into areas near the Neuse River after a sewer line was blocked.
