Woman shot by police in Kernersville; accused of pointing gun at officers

The officer then pulled the car over at the intersection of South Main Street and
Old Winston Road on suspicion that the driver might be impaired.

Investigators say that as the officer approached the car, they found the driver, 29-year-old Destiny Sanyee Fewell, exhibiting “exhibited belligerent and uncooperative behavior.”
