Woman allegedly called 911 to report abandoned injured dog — after her story unraveled, police found ‘house of horrors’

reports to law enforcement, as well as endangering the welfare of children.

She is being held at the Allegheny County Jail on a $10,000 bond and will appear for a hearing on Aug. 3.
