Residents file class action suit against Markley Lowell

and federal courts, filed suit on April 27 in Superior Court, on behalf of 10 residents against the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection and Markley Group LLC.

That suit alleges that MassDEP improperly rejected plaintiffs’ standing to appeal the air quality plan through the adjudicatory hearing process.
