Memorial service plans announced for Sen. Lindsey Graham

Friday that a service will be held July 28 in Washington, D.C. Memorials will then be held in Columbia and Pickens County the following day.

Graham’s sister, Darline, was sworn in on Tuesday to finish his current term in the Senate.
