Officers with the Santa Monica Police Department arrived at the Lot 1 North parking lot located at 1550 Pacific Coast Hwy around 12:30 a.m. Monday, July 20. Upon arrival, they found a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
Despite life-saving efforts, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
