Man faces kidnapping, assault charges after standoff with officers at Raleigh home, police say

to the Raleigh Police Department, officers responded around 9:15 p.m. to a report of a domestic disturbance at a home on the 3800 block of Pin Oak Road.

When officers arrived, they spoke with people inside the residence, but the Privette refused to come outside or communicate with police, prompting an extended standoff, investigators said.
