On the night of the wedding, Arthur revealed that his intentions had gone far beyond helping Noah. In a private meeting, he handed Elena a folder containing legal documents that named her the guardian of Eleanor and executor of much of his estate. Arthur confessed that he no longer trusted his own children, especially his daughter Vivien, who had been secretly trying to move Eleanor into a low-cost facility against her wishes. Before Elena could fully process the revelation, Vivien stormed into the room with lawyers, accusing her of manipulation and greed. The confrontation escalated into chaos, and Arthur suddenly collapsed from heart failure. Even in that terrifying moment, Elena defended him and protected his wishes while others focused only on money and paperwork.
