Husband, wife dead after Raleigh crash flips shuttle bus; car driver facing felony charges: Police

Police said Hayes is facing the following charges:

• Two counts of involuntary manslaughter
• Two counts of death by vehicle
• No operator’s license
• Reckless driving causing serious injuries
• Red light violation
• Unsafe tires

As of Monday morning, records do not show if Hayes has been served his warrants.
