Fire crews tackling huge blaze as smoke sent billowing across Rochdale

A spokesperson said: “Shortly after 8.15pm on Friday 24 July, six fire appliances from across Greater Manchester were called to attend a large waste fire on Spring Mill Walk, Rochdale.
