According to the Brazos County Sheriff’s Office, Charles Medina sped by the couple in his truck, nearly hitting them. After Rapp’s boyfriend raised his arms and yelled at Medina, the driver allegedly slammed on his brakes and accelerated in reverse toward the couple, striking and killing Rapp, authorities said.
