Attorney accused of trying to poison her husband again

said she did violate another condition of her bond by committing a criminal act of getting “a weight of fentanyl you don’t see very often” into her husband’s home.

“She poses a danger to our community,” Judge Gregory Williams said as he rendered his decision.

Baker was booked back into the Cullman County Jail following the testimony.
