Apex police seek info after teen involved in E-bike crash on Apex Peakway

just north of downtown Apex, involved a teen riding an E-bike “in a reckless manner,” the news release said.

The teen was apparently not seriously injured because police said in the release that he “left the scene before police arrived.”
