Mountaintop castle in Person County stands at center of legal battle

ROUGEMONT, N.C. (WNCN) — The fate of a magical, unfinished castle standing at the top of Red Mountain in Person County lies in question.

Castle Mont Rouge is the work of local sculptor Robert Mihaly, who now faces a lawsuit filed by a woman he once dated for less than a year.
